I was born and raised by my loving parents in Prince Georges County,
Maryland. I was a big brother to my baby sister Caitlin who has grown up to be a beautiful young woman. I attended the University of Maryland in
College Park, and earned a degree in neurobiology and physiology. I was introduced to chiropractic while attending the University of Maryland. I
had an awesome healing experience that I wanted to share with others. It was at this point that I decided to dedicate my life to serving others
through chiropractic.
At the University of Maryland, I also had another awesome experience! I met a loving woman named Rachel and we married in Frederick, Maryland in 2003. Rachel and I moved to Georgia where I graduated from Life College of Chiropractic. During chiropractic school, Rachel and I always dreamed of moving back to Maryland and opening a Café of Life in downtown Frederick.
This year we have achieved that goal! We moved back to Maryland and have now opened our Café right in the heart of downtown Frederick. At the same time, I also became the proud father of my baby girl Savannah.
I think of my life as an endless vacation full of fun and laughter! Laughter has amazing healing properties. When I am not at the Café, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my dog Champ. I also enjoy NFL football, yoga, snowboarding, getting adjusted, and staying active outdoors. I know that if I always love life, life will love me back! Having a place where I can serve others is very important to me. I look forward to serving the Frederick community at the Café of Life!
